 Emily Gardner has a vast amount of experience in the environmental realm. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology, a Master of Science Degree in Zoology, a Juris Doctorate Degree, with certificates of specialization in Environmental Law and Ocean Policy, and is a certified mediator.
She has worked in State Government as well as serving as a consultant to several private companies, academic institutions and non-governmental organizations on projects involving the environment.
Environmental consulting services offered include:
• Provide assistance with the preparation of environmental impact statements and environmental assessments.
• Provide analysis of how Federal, State, Local and International Laws and Policies affect proposed or continuing activities in the marine or terrestrial environment.
• Preparation of educational and public outreach materials discussing the laws and policies that affect proposed or continuing activities in the marine or terrestrial environment.
• Lobbying for change in the laws and policies that affect the marine and terrestrial environment.
• Serving as a mediator to resolve disputes involving the environment, land use or wildlife.
