Hawaii's New Pet Trust Law

H.B.1453 was proposed by Emily Gardner and introduced by Rep. Blake Oshiro on Jan. 27, 2005.
The bill passed the House on March 3 and the Senate on April 21, 2005. Governor Linda Lingle signed the bill into law on June 24, 2005.
